Divided over 4 buildings on the Kaya Kuida, we are realising 16 apartments and 2 penthouses. Two buildings have 4 apartments and the other two buildings have 5 apartments, as both apartment blocks located on the hill are crowned with a penthouse on the top floor.
Whichever apartment or penthouse you choose, you will enjoy a huge amount of space. Each apartment boasts a spacious living room, an open kitchen with bar, two bedrooms, both en suite, including a master bedroom with walk-in closet. They also all feature indoor storage rooms and private parking. Both penthouses have no less than three bedrooms.
